I was the classic cerebral high achiever—thriving on the outside but disconnected inside. My health, relationships, and sense of self suffered. I pushed through on intellect and drive alone, stuck in high-achiever freeze.

Like so many of my clients, I was shocked when I started connecting with my full somatic experience—it was the missing piece. True transformation happened when I united body and mind, bridging logic and emotion to turn functional freeze into freedom.
