Breathwork & Somatic Therapy is a safe and effective way to access your subconscious and work through issues at the core.

  • Deep breathing facilitates increased communication between the brain and the body. Studies show that when we change our pattern of breathing, we change the pattern of information being sent to the brain. Changing how we feel, think, and process the past so we can regulate our nervous system.

  • No matter the size, trauma is first and foremost a physiological process. It causes dysregulation in the nervous system and many personal issues tend to follow on from that. We work with this root physiology by accessing the bodily experience. Using breath and somatic techniques to gently release and reframe trauma.

  • We store a lot of energy and memories in our muscles and tissues. The body feeds this information to the subconscious mind continually. Body based (or somatic) therapy is imperative for personal development and healing. Reconnecting mind and body to become consciously embodied.

1 - on - 1

Private sessions are held in person at my studio space in west London, with the option of online. Each session is roughly 90 minutes where we will typically:

  • Talk through where you're at and what to focus on

  • Work with your somatic experience through exercises

  • Breathe in a conscious connected way for around 45 mins

  • Reflect and integrate with a debrief chat

After an initial journey of working together there is the option of warm and/or cold water breathes to work with certain issues.

CLOSED GROUPS

An option for those that still want to go on an intimate deep journey and work with particular issues.

My closed groups are held in various locations around London, and consist of the same 4-7 people for 5 sessions over a 2 month period. Each session is roughly 90 minutes and typically includes:

  • Group grounding and attunement

  • Opening sharing circle

  • Somatic exercises

  • Conscious connected breathwork for around 45 mins

  • Closing sharing circle to debrief, reflect, and integrate

After an initial journey as a group there is the option to continue on and work further.
